Regarding the lifespan of the filter cartridge, there is no set time when the filter should be changed. All flow capacity specifications listed on the sticker are based on laboratory results using specific water. However, water quality varies greatly depending on the user: some use municipal tap water, others use well water.
The replacement frequency stated in the product descriptions is therefore only a guideline and depends on the water quality and daily water consumption.

TDS is not a professional method for assessing water quality. TDS stands for "Total Dissolved Solids." For example, if you add a very small amount of salt (NaCl) to the water and measure the TDS level, the result will be dramatically high. Likewise, the TDS level will be very high if your water contains a lot of minerals.
The MP99, MK99, SP99, and SK99 filter models don't remove minerals from the water. However, they block heavy metals such as lead, mercury, and cadmium and significantly reduce chlorine levels in the water. The activated carbon also has an antibacterial effect.
TDS measurement is primarily used in reverse osmosis systems, as these also remove minerals from the water. If the RO membrane isn't functioning properly, the TDS level will be relatively high. A sharply rising TDS level indicates that the RO membrane should be replaced.
Please do not use TDS measurements to evaluate water that does not come from reverse osmosis systems, as the results will otherwise be meaningless.

This filter should be used in combination with municipally treated drinking water or previously properly disinfected water. The filter cartridge is made of 0.5 micron fine activated carbon (top quality), which can easily become clogged by any type of dirt or deposits from well water.

We completely understand—we sometimes change our minds too! As much as we'd love to, we unfortunately can't currently change or cancel an order once it's been placed. We hope to offer a cancellation window in the future.
If the items do not fit, you can of course exchange them for a different style or return them and receive a refund.

We offer international shipping to most countries, including the United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, and the United Kingdom. If you would like information about shipping to another country, please contact us.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 days. Next-day delivery is also available for all domestic orders (for an additional charge). Shipping times for international orders depend on the product and destination country and are estimated at checkout.

All Frizzlife orders undergo a processing time before they can be shipped from our warehouse. Most items ship within 24 hours. Except on weekends or holidays, delivery is made on the first available business day. Any special processing times will be noted in the item description.
If multiple orders are placed on the same day to the same address, they will be shipped together. If you need to make any changes during the processing time (e.g., address change, item change, or cancellation), please contact us by email.

For orders in the US, shipping is waived for orders over €25. For orders under €25, the shipping fee is €5 per order.
For large orders over €1,000, shipping costs depend on various factors (e.g., destination country, product weight). Please contact us by email for further information.

Yes, you can return the product. Our return policy is valid for 30 days. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Only regularly discounted items can be refunded; unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange them for the same product, please email us at support@frizzlife.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. A gift card will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver had the order delivered to themselves and then gave the gift to you later, the refund will be made to the giver and they will be notified of your return.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn/unused, with all tags attached, and all original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned item. We'll also let you know whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location. If you're returning an item valued at more than €75, we recommend you choose tracked shipping or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we'll receive your return.
