Q: What should I do if water leaks after installation?
A: If the system leaks after installation, please turn off the water supply first.
The leak occurs at the thread, please wrap tape around the external thread.

Q: Why doesn't the TDS value decrease after filtration?
A: TDS is not a professional method for testing water quality. TDS stands for Total
dissolved solids, for example, if you add very little salt (NaCl) to the water and test
the TDS, and you will find that the result is dramatically high. The same applies if your water
full of minerals, the TDS is also very high. The SW10/SW15/SW20 removes no
of the minerals from the water, but only keeps harmful contaminants such as heavy metals
(lead, mercury, cadmium) and over 90% of VOCs and cysts, and it removes strong
the chlorine (99%) from the water. Therefore, the reason why TDS you get is not so
low as expected.
