I just changed the filter, but the replacement indicator is still red. Why?
Please check that the filter is properly tightened. An incomplete seal may prevent the sensor from resetting.
A: After changing the filters, you need to reset the filter life. Here's how:
- Press and hold the "Reset" button for 3 seconds. A buzzer will sound, and you can then select the filter you wish to reset.
- Press the "Reset" button to switch between filters. The indicator for the selected filter will flash.
- After selecting the filter, press and hold the "Reset" button again for 3 seconds. You will hear a beep. The indicator for the selected filter will change back to blue – this means the filter has been successfully reset. If you do not operate the device within 10 seconds, the mode will automatically exit and the normal display will resume.

My water filtration system is leaking. What should I do?
Please check the following:
- Make sure that all hoses are fully inserted into the connectors until they audibly click into place.
- Check that the filter housings are tightened properly.
- Locate the exact leak point – connection, filter housing, or hose itself. If possible, make a short video and contact us. We will help you solve the problem.
Why are there bubbles in my water?
Why are there bubbles in my water?
This is normal and the water is safe to drink.
The pump pressurizes both water and air, causing the air molecules to shrink and increase their solubility. The air remains dissolved under pressure in the RO system. When you open the tap, the pressure is released, and bubbles appear. The water may look cloudy or whitish, but these are just air bubbles. Let it stand briefly—all the bubbles will disappear, and the water is perfectly safe to drink.
Why is my TDS level high?
Why is my TDS level high?
A slightly higher TDS value at startup is normal and drops back to normal after about 1 minute.
This is due to permeation – a natural phenomenon in all RO systems (both with and without a tank). When the system is running, the pressure forces water through the RO membrane, removing impurities. When the system stops, the pressure drops, and due to concentration differences, small amounts of ions can pass into the purified water, leading to a slight increase in TDS.
Even with this initial increase, the water quality is still far better than with any other filtration method (activated carbon, KDF, ceramic, UF, UV, etc.). The water is ready to drink immediately – no waiting required. No harmful substances are released.
Why are all the warning lights red?
Why are all the warning lights red?
This indicates prolonged operation. If the system produces water continuously for 30 minutes, it switches to protection mode – all components stop working and the lights flash red.
Should this happen, simply unplug the power cord for 10 seconds and then plug it back in.
What should I be aware of if I don't use the filter for a while?
What should I be aware of if I don't use the filter for a while?
Please follow these guidelines:
- If the system will not be used for more than 2 days, let the filtered water run for at least 5 minutes before use.
- If not used for more than 1 week: Close the filter cartridge and store it in the refrigerator (do not freeze). Before the next use, let the filtered water run for at least 10 minutes.
- For longer storage: Turn off the water supply, unplug the power cord and open the tap to release the internal pressure – this protects the system from damage.

Why does my water filtration system start automatically for a few seconds even when I'm not using it?
Our tankless reverse osmosis (RO) system features an automatic flushing function. This is activated when:
- Flushing on startup: After being switched on, the system automatically flushes for 30 seconds.
- Flushing after 10 minutes of cumulative water production: When the cumulative water production reaches 10 minutes, the system automatically flushes for 10 seconds after switching to standby mode.
- Flushing during continuous water production: If the system produces water continuously for 10 minutes, it will automatically flush for 15 seconds.
- Flushing in standby mode: In standby mode, the system automatically flushes for 18 seconds every 6 hours.
How do I know when the filter needs to be replaced?
How do I know when the filter needs to be replaced?
The system features a filter life indicator (for the first and second stages only). Different colors indicate the remaining lifespan:
- A solid blue indicator means the filter is working normally.
- Flashing red indicator: The filter lifespan is about to expire (remaining lifespan < 5%).
- Permanent red indicator: The filter has expired.
The recommended replacement interval for the ASR211 is one year or a cumulative water production of 60 hours (approximately 900–1000 gallons). The ASR212-600G is two years or 120 hours (approximately 1800–2000 gallons). The TAM3 is at approximately 900–1000 gallons.

How often should the Frizzlife filter be replaced?
How often should the Frizzlife filter be replaced?
There is no fixed time frame for when the filter cartridge should be changed. All flow rate specifications on the label are based on laboratory results using specific water. However, water quality varies considerably depending on the user: some use municipal tap water, others well water.
The replacement frequency stated in the product descriptions therefore serves only as a guideline and depends on the water quality and daily water consumption.
How does the Frizzlife water filter affect the TDS/PPM value in the water?
How does the Frizzlife water filter affect the TDS/PPM value in the water?
TDS is not a professional method for assessing water quality. TDS stands for "Total Dissolved Solids." For example, if you add a very small amount of salt (NaCl) to the water and measure the TDS level, you will get a dramatically high result. Similarly, the TDS level will be very high if your water is rich in minerals.
The MP99, MK99, SP99, and SK99 filter models do not remove minerals from the water. However, they block heavy metals such as lead, mercury, and cadmium, significantly reduce the chlorine content in the water, and the activated carbon has an antibacterial effect.
Total Solids Dissolved (TDS) measurement is primarily used in reverse osmosis systems, as these also remove minerals from the water. If the RO membrane is no longer functioning properly, the TDS value will be relatively high. A rapidly increasing TDS value indicates that the RO membrane should be replaced.
Please do not use the TDS value to evaluate water that does not come from a reverse osmosis system, as the results will otherwise be meaningless.
Why can't a water filter be used with well water?
Why can't a water filter be used with well water?
This filter should be used in combination with municipally treated drinking water or properly disinfected water. The filter cartridge consists of 0.5 micron fine activated carbon (top quality), which can easily become clogged by any kind of dirt or sediment from well water.
