Q: What material is the faucet made of? Is there a black faucet that matches my sink?
A: Hello, thank you for your inquiry. The faucet included with the RO unit is made of stainless steel with a brushed nickel finish. If you prefer a black faucet, we have a matte black faucet available.
Q: Can the system be connected to the refrigerator?
A: Hello, dear customer, thank you for your inquiry! Yes, the device can be connected to your refrigerator/ice maker using the Frizzlife IMC-1 kit. Please note that you may need a mini tank to increase the water pressure if the distance between the filter and the device exceeds 15 m. The mini tank will be available soon!
Q: What are the dimensions of the box that goes under the counter? In a motorhome, every inch counts.
